These terms cover your use of buya.be and related Buya forms. By using the site you agree to them. Brand spelling: Buya.
The site
Buya presents brand storytelling, launch information, and ways to join the waiting list or request fridge-trailer / event partnerships. Content may change as the October/November 2026 launch approaches. Product availability, pricing, and launch timing are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Buya.
Waiting list & forms
- Joining the waiting list does not create a purchase contract.
- Fridge trailer / booking requests are enquiries only until we confirm in writing.
- Provide accurate contact details so we can reach you.
Intellectual property
Artwork, marks, copy, and design on this site belong to Buya or our licensors (including exhibition partners). You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit unlawful or misleading information. We may refuse or remove submissions that appear abusive or fraudulent.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy (POPIA).
Limitation
The site is provided as-is for information and lead collection. To the extent permitted by South African law, Buya is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on pre-launch materials.
